I've been using ZeroWater pitcher for some time, bought many replacement filters. Up until now always was satisfied - water after fresh filters measured 0 PPM solids. I replaced one filter with a new one from this batch and see no less than 20 immediately. I don't know if I can return because I opened and installed one already. So, I wander, what are my options?

Ordered the 4 pack and when arrived, not in the normal packaging as you get in stores. The filters themselves look similar but they are considerably less heavy and the plastic is thinner, not as dense. I questioned it but tested it out. Tried 2 different so-called new filters but both had readings in the 120s-150s. Don't normally write reviews.

Best tasting water! With my meter (comes with any ZeroWater filtration system) I can check when to replace this filters. We use it all the time and since we don’t drink sodas we drink a lot of water.

When using Zero water, after 2 weeks I would notice a foul moldy odor to the water that had filtered thru the filter. So today opened last filter . When I opened the filter & took it out of its plastic bag water ran out of the filter. It also smelled moldy. I put it into the Zero Water filter & ran water thru it. I then tested the water.. it was a 4.... I really would like my money returned as this is a very horrible situation ....

When I needed a replacement filter for my original ZERO pitcher, I bought these. They seem to be original but they are NOT. The first water that comes out is YELLOW and the reading never goes down to ZERO. I called ZERO and they said it happens all the time. They were so nice to send me a replacement and advised me to order from Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond. Don't buy from anybody who appears to be ZERO unless directly from them. Sad but true.

This is a blessing to be able to get these in a 4-pack. Most stores only carry them in pairs and they only last about a month depending on how much you use them so this saves me a trip to the store.

Zero water tells me my filters were counterfeit. Two out of the four filters did not pass water correctly. Third filters overnight went from zero to .086 and left carbon debris in the unit requiring decontamination.

I thought this was a great buy - 4 ZERO WATER PITCHER FILTERS for the price of 2 but I have to change the filter every six weeks OR LESS and it's just myself and my husband in the house. I'm going to compare how much we drink, the cost of the filters and whether it's just cheaper to buy gallons of purified water. They work great.

Filters were loose in a box . The one we have used lasted one half or less the time of others we have ordered from others. These filters are not cheap, Would not buy again. They are probably old stock and that was why they were cheaper.

These filters remove all the “tastes” and smell out of our water. I love that I don’t have to use bottled water. My only complaint is the filters are not recyclable, at least not that I am aware of.

We love Zero Water but, the filter needs to be changed way too often and there is no warning until your glass of water from the filled tank tastes like lemons and there are little particles floating around in the water... then instead of ‘just changing a filter’ it becomes a whole cleaning out process and wasted tank of water

Hard to find even at walmart. Several layers of filtration for your pitcher. Filters last a long time. Some zero pitchers that you buy separtely have a water purification meter that checks the quality of filtered water and tap. that is sold separtaley. Love the filters

I was not much of a water drinker until a friend introduced me to Zero Water. Wow, what a difference. I have had other water filters, but nothing compares to Zero Water. I keep a pitcher in the refrigerator all the time now. It is just the best. I will be using nothing but Zero Water from now on.

Used to be great! then earlier this year they tried to get smart to bring in more revenue for themselves to by making is buy filters 3 times as ofter by adding a chemical to them that makes the water it filters taste and smell like fish after filtering 15 gallons! I have used them for almost 7 years and they never did that before and lasted over 3 times longer before the TDS reading started getting high (over 6 PPM) not smelling like fish! Zero Water you just lost my business for good!

5 Stage Filters that works... 0-TDS. When they are full of containments and you can taste it, for gods sake, change it! All the other filters may last longer and the issue I have with them, they leave an unknown level of TDS's and you really don't know what those are. Safe? or Sorry? take your pick.

I've used ZeroWater filters for almost a year now with no issues. I do have to replace them every 3 weeks but that's fine. This new batch of 4-pack filters however, something is wrong. Fresh filters were giving me a TDS reading of over 40 ppm! Returning them obviously, but don't know what the underlaying issue is, so even if I replace them, the replacement may have the same issues.

I’m very disappointed with these filters. Several times it does not push the water through and we have to dump out the water, remove the filter and shake it up and put it back. It happened right after we purchased it so it wasn’t because it was old.

Glad I could pick them up. Works well for removing stuff from the water. if the water is not great to begin with the shorter the lifespan for the filter. A month is pretty much tops. Those that complain about the pitcher... if it's not finished the filtering process and you want to pour from it, hold on to the top and you won't have a mess. Makes sense to me but obviously some people don't get it.

Bad batch. A filter usually last me about a month and a week. I can barely get three weeks from these. Plus they were wet when I opened them. I should’ve known something was wrong but the site said it was normal, so I kept them. I missed my chance to return them. Please beware.
