I bought a four pack from Amazon. They do not seem to be original. The reading with new filter is not 0, but 17. The filter degrades quickly from 17 to 34 in less than a month. The previous filters I bought lasted several months.

Filter is definitely worth the money in fact I loved the taste of water. However, the longevity and flavor is not worth it because unlike stated that it will last for 2 months, I had to change the filter in 2 weeks due to the horrible taste of water. The taste was worse than of the tap water maybe because of the fluid leakage or something from filter.

Filters work great. The only problem is if there is air under the screen the water will not load in the filter. To solve the problem i use the handle of a knife to bump the top to allow the bubbles to come out.

Cheapest place I've found these filters online or otherwise. Zero water definitely makes the best filters I've used that weren't an expensive whole house water filter.

I buy in bulk to cut down on cost, and Amazon's two-day delivery makes it simple when I run out and neglect to order more. I initially thought the ZeroWater filter and TDS meter duo was a gimmick, but after doing some more research as to the heavy metals found in my area's tap water, this is a small price to pay for peace of mind. To save money (and because we have a excess of filters) we first filter through a Brita pitcher, which is then emptied into the resovior of the ZeroWater 20-cup filter. Out of the tap the TDS reads 230 (ppm), filtering through the Brita takes that down to 170, and the ZeroWater does the rest. Based on my limited testing, this has increased out filter life about 1/3rd, necessitating a new filter every 5 weeks or so. (Generally I don't keep track of it, but once the water smells fishy you know it's time for a change)

We bought the smallest container size. I think we would have been better of with one larger. The water quality sensor also seems to need regular battery changes although we may have been unlucky there.

I went round and round for months with Bed Bath and Beyond and Target over availability. Ordered it on Amazon at the best price and got it in two days. My research shows this is the best filter of its type for removing lead, a hazard for houses with pre-1952 pipes.

These are not new filters. I just received the package. First filter I opened was dirty and scuffed up. Second was all wet inside. These are used filters. Very disappointed. Never purchasing this again.

Better than bottled water and saves the planet. Our normal tap water measures 260 on the dissolved solid scale and 210 when run through the refrigerator carbon filter. Zero water filter reduces that to 0 just as advertised.

i have ordered 6 filters and each one of them only lasted a week and after a week the water started tasting bad. my friend has the same filter but hers last at least 2 months.i wanted to request for getting refunded since the filters didn't have a good qualities and only lasted for 6 weeks for all those 6 filters.thank you in advance

I went to change my filter because my water smelled fishy or like sulfur and the reading was high out of no where. I changed to a new filter and did the reading it said 006, which is when you’re supposed to change, this is brand new though and still have the fishy smell. I can’t drink the water it’s terrible. How can a brand new filter already be bad?

Inconsistent quality, sometimes the filter would last a couple weeks, sometimes a couple days. The terrible taste of the water after the filter stops filtering is terrible. Bought a different filter, zero water is nice but not worth the money!!

I purchased the zero water starter kit and the water filter read zero. I was happy with the product and the water tasted great. I decided to purchase 4 filters the second time and my first filter read 12 and now that I’m on my second filter it reads 24. I’m wondering if I got a bad set of filters or the product is bad?
