As a professional chef of many years know I’ve owned quite a few steels. 13 años de cocinero, usando afiladores normales, otros cuchillos, marmoles, mesas pa sacarle brillo a los cuchillos y nada k ver. Se lo vi a un amigo, lo prove una vez y dp me lo compré,y de buena mano os digo que os sorprenderá! Nada que ver con ningún afilador de toda la vida, hblando de buenos cuchillos y en buenas manos esta claro! Foto no tengo porque no estoy en el trabajo, chaaaao!!

The only thing I didn't like about this sharpener is that it curved a bit while in my knife case. Didn't affect the use of it or anything else really. Still a great buy.
