Eine sehr hochwertige Backform: Die Kuchen lassen sich sehr leicht rauslösen. Zudem lässt sie sich auch super gut reinigen. Die kleinen Kuchen sehen außergewöhnlich gut aus und haben schon viel Lob erzielt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Works perfectly well. I have 4 of these. My family now requests my mini bundts for birthdays, mother's day, and Christmas. I just got done making 3 different flavors for my sister for her birthday. She freezes the mini bundts for months. These pans work perfectly. I use floured baking spray mostly, but I've also buttered and floured before, with the same results. I find these pans cook and release consistently. I rotate, cook with 2 pans at a time, and clean and dry the other 2 in between. I find mini bundts cook fast, between 12-15 minutes depending on the batter.

Perfect size. The pan is nice and heavy. It bakes evenly. I used crisco and flour to grease the pan and it came out perfect. When I used Pam baking spray it did not come out as nice.

I've used this pan probably a dozen times now, and have had ZERO problems with unmolding the "cakelettes." I just spray with coconut oil, and that's it. No flouring necessary. I'm not sure why people are having trouble unmolding - but it happens so quickly that I have to put the cooling rack on top of the pan, then flip it. Otherwise they just fly out of the pan.I've used it with gluten free recipes as well as regular wheat flour, and both work equally well. I also have the full-size version of this pan, and it's amazing. Never had a sticking issue with it, either - or any of my Nordic Ware pans, actually. With my previous bundt pan, I've "lost" numerous cakes when they've broken in half upon unmolding (using the same recipes).Great design that gets a lot of attention. Nice, even baking since the pan is VERY thick and heavy.Highly recommended. Wish I had two or three!

This is a great little bundt pan. I used it to make miniature Kouglofs. I lined the pan with sugar & butter & nothing stuck despite a lot of caramelization going on-- very nice to know your baked goods you worked so hard on won't end up glued to the pan. This is a bit annoying to clean just because there are so many small crevices, but better than most bundt pans i have. Unlike other bundt pans with intense designs, these lines are straight & you can follow the lines fairly easily when cleaning so while it IS bothersome, it's not as bothersome as some other pans. Would highly recommend!

Bought these to make mini-bundt whoopee pies. They turned out excellently! The pan was a breeze to use and the baby bundts were very cute from the swirls in the pan. Just make sure to grease or oil the creases well and the cakes will release with no problem. Clean-up was very quick and easy, brushed over the creases with a bottle brush and it released without scrubbing. These are very well-made--read that as heavy. But they bake up perfectly!

Nordic Ware Heritage Bundtlette Cake Pan, Metallic

When I first caught a glimpse of the cover of Better Homes and Gardens 100 Pumpkin Recipes magazine, it was all over but the ordering. This pan is used for making the pumpkin goodies on that very cover.This pan performed far better than I expected, though an initial run is advised before promising sweets for friends and family, just in case. Due to fluctuations in recipes, it is sometimes difficult to gauge a first-time recipe, so you may be uncertain of the amount of batter. Too much, and you may end up with a pillow. Too little, and the cakes won't pick up the delicate swirls of this beautiful pan.I used Baker's Joy spray, which contains flour, to coat the pans prior to filling, and had absolutely no problem dumping out the little cakes after baking. Not one bit sticky.Clean-up should not be an issue. I simply filled the cups with warm, soapy water after baking, and then used a gentle brush to swish out any stubborn bits.My advice? Purchase two pans, so you can bake the entire batch at once.A great investment for extra-special memories.Oh, and don't forget to grab a few packages of Lock & Lock's HPL932.They are the absolute perfect size to fit one of these pumpkin muffins into.http://a.co/d/h0QkWCt

this makes adorable cakes and we even used it for mashed potatoes which looked and tasted amazing. I bought this one and the traditional bundt shape in the mini bundlettes size for fun. You have to be careful not to overcook the recipes given the pan's shape and as my eloquent neighbor said of both pans: "they're both special and charming and the differences add to that, I think! What you WANT, of course, is a recipe for a cake that is very tight in texture to show off the shapes, VERY strong in flavor, and very easy to slip in and out of the pans, to show off the cuteness and to be very delicious and special in its own right." She nailed it. They are slightly difficult to clean thoroughly due to the nooks and crannies but well worth the effort. Both are well made and quality bakeware.

Very easy to use. Cakes turned out perfectly. Simply turned the pan upside down and shook slightly and the cakes dropped out. Used 1/3 cup of batter for each cup. Non-stick cooking spray allowed me to easily remove the cakes. (Did try to use oil and flour to coat the cups on the first batch, but did not like the residual flour left on the cake tops.) Remember to firmly "slam" the cake pan multiple times after filling the cups and before baking. This will remove any air bubbles in the batter. Also remember to let the cake cool at least 15 before trying to remove.

My bundts came out beautifully, popped right out of the pan after 20 minutes of cooling. Sprayed the cavities with PAM baking spray that has flour in it, then used a pastry brush to make sure the swirls and grooves were all well coated. Pan is real heavy and sturdy.

Love these pans.A proper spray makes for an easy release.A little tricky with measurement of batter but not a big issue.Even heating gives even coloring on my cakes.Clean up is fairly easy, even with all the ridges.I soaked my cooled pans in warm soapy water for a few minutes then used a brush to clean them out. Worked a charm

I am smitten with all of the Nordic Ware specialty pans. This is my fifth pan.I love the shape of these and how they are perfect for a single dessert. Furthermore, the shape of the pan is the true shape of the end product. The secret? Use a cooking spray made for baking. I then use a pastry brush to ascertain that I have spread the spray into all the nooks and crannies. Perfect every single time!

My wife had been looking at these mini bundt tins for a while and finally ordered this one a few months back. She's used it on several occasions and I have to say I'm a big fan. The cakes keep the form very well. They make pretty good sized cakes and they're wonderful for using ganache. The ganache fills the hole in the middle and just runs out the top which allows it to spiral down the sides on the little ledges. It really looks professional with very little effort.

THIS BUNT CAKE PAN IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! It makes any cakes such as brownies, cakes, including delicate sponge cakes look very festive. I love it sooo much, It is a little difficult to wash due to the design of the cake pan getting in the small crevices. My mom loves that it is NONSTICK!!!! I just finished making orange sponge cakes for my brothers 18th birthday. I even made fluffy bannana cakes in it, This is well worth the $.
