I absolutely love this knife. I have been shopping for higher quality knives, and this one did not disappoint. I was originally looking at the Wushof Classic line, but decided on the Gourmet line due to the price difference. I have never used a quality knife, and boy does this make a huge difference. I had a set of Miracle Blades, and the difference is night and day. I have no more fatigue from cutting, and I didn't even know that was a thing until I got this. I also purchased the 8 inch chef's knife, and love it as well. If you are on the fence with the Gourmet line of Wusthof knives, I say go for it!

I really like this and think I'm going to buy another one. It has a really good weight to it (light) and cuts magnificently. It is really thin compared to other knives I've used (Cutco, Henkel's) but I'm finding that I like the handle. I love the length of the blade, and find it more universal than it's shorter cohorts. I use it so much I wash it after every use and put it back because it will be out again shortly!
