Works as well as those mylar spouts, and won't get thrown away mistakenly.Please note: I was under the impression that they were made of crystal (gee, the name says so), and that is the only reason I'm giving it four stars. But they are some kind of plastic/polycarbonate.Glad to have them and we use them regularly. Very elegant.

The wine server works great... no dripping after pouring wine into the glass, easy to clean and easy to put in the wine bottle and easy to remove. Would recommend to anyone who drinks wine.

Products works great and as described. I use this all the time when drinking wine.The only complaint I have is that the spout cracks if you push it down into the bottle as the spout is slightly larger than most bottle necks. From what I can tell this is intentional to make sure the spout has a snug fit and wine doesn't leak. After the first one broke I stopped pushing the spout all the way down and have not had any issues since. The seal is still strong enough to where the wine doesn't leak.

If you enjoy wine and/or serve it for guests, then the Vacu Vin crystal wine servers are an essential accessory. No need to belabor the point - they just do exactly what they advertise every time. The rubber seal keeps the server securely in place; we've never found a bottle that didn't accommodate one. Don't be misled by the product name - the servers are made of plastic, but that just means that they're easy to wash/care for and they've held up through a lot of use with no discoloration or other problems. As with many of the Vacu Vin offerings, these are a superb solution at a very reasonable price.

I thought these were great for the first couple months. Then the first one broke. The second one lasted another couple months. The problem is that wine bottle openings are not all the same size. If you put this in a bottle with a slightly smaller opening, and the difference is so small that it is not discernible to the naked eye, then the spout will crack. Once it cracks you might as well throw it away because it will leak worse than not using the spout.

Just got them and put one in a bottle of Hitching Post (twist off cap). The pourer is too small for the bottle and falls out. The picture shows it fits both, so I'll give it one more attempt in the hopes this is a fluke but they might be getting returned.Stay Tuned......Follow up. Maybe I was a bit hard on these after the first use. OR MAYBE NOT. These are the WORST. I drink wine regularly and figured it might be a fluke with the twist cap bottle (even though the pack of the packaging says they fit those), but I tried them on two regular corked bottles and they fell right out. These are Cheap Junk. Save your cash.

We love that these are a two pack for the price. Dishwasher safe is a major plus. The double pour lip eliminates any dripping.

Ordered 2 sets of these Vacu Vin after reading great reviews. Received wrong product despite the product packaging clearly saying vacu vin wine server. The product inside is clearly a foil cutter and not a wine server. Deeply upset and disappointed in Amazon (wasnt even a 3rd party seller). Filing a complaint immediately.
