This is my go-to pan for almost everything. It's health-no toxic coatings--and it is so easy to clean. It is slightly heavy if that would be an issue for you. I love this pan and recommend it, I recommend all green cookware as a safe alternative to other non-stick cookware.

If I could give this more stars I would. It's actually our second wok by the same brand, but I could only find it on Amazon. We've had our first for two years and have used it almost daily since the day we bought it. That's why we purchased a second one. It heats evenly, cleans easily-- it is simply wonderful. Stir fry, risotto, curry, eggs, and more!Be sure to only use wood or silicone/plastic cooking tools to avoid scratching the ceramic coating. It also doesn't need any nonstick spray. We handwash ours and aside from looking well loved on the outside it works just as well as the day we bought it. We will treat this new one the same.

I am loving this pan! After several months and numerous uses, I would cook just about anything in this pan. Great for stir fry, fried rice, I've even fried sliced potatoes in it! It's large, fits a lot, and very easy to clean. My wife and I will be switching all of our pans over to ceramic coated instead of teflon...

I have never been happy with traditional non-stick pans. This one is excellent!I waiting a while after purchase before placing this review because most non-stick pans work well at first, and then....I use this pan every day and it is still working great! It is a nice size, the non-stick works great and the pan cleans up easily after use. I am pleased to give it 5 stars!!! You will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical on how long this pan would hold up, but it's been a few months now and it's still going strong with the non-stick. Thinking of now getting rid of my cast iron as it's impossible to cook in, everything gets stuck, and getting a 2nd one of these. From my research this is said to be a good non-toxic brand, and I'm trusting that it is.

Best, most durable non-stick surface on the market. This is my second one. My hubby is a HOT, HOT cooker, and has been known to cremate an occasional dinner, hence my need to buy a new pan after 3 years use. The wok shape is great, having a large flat bottom. Works for standard frying as well as stewing/steaming. We use it almost every day. Mine did not come with a lid, which is my only complaint, but I have found 2 lids which will work.

these just do not last. I ordered a few of them and each one fails in under a year. They start off great but even on this last round where I was very careful to care for it properly it failed. I have not found a good wok to replace it with yet and I am very disappointed that this one did not work out.

These are good pans without toxic Teflon. We've had a smaller green pan for a couple years and the non stick surface is not as non stick as when it was new. This pan is a really good size. The only improvement would be if it had a lid.

We cook almost every night and I finally scrapped my Teflon pans and went with a bunch of Greenpans. This product works very well if not better than toxic non-stick and now has become my favorite pan int he kitchen. They perform wonderfully from a heat perspective and the coating is amazingly slick. I am going to replace everything I have with these pans over time. Oh and the price is awesome!!!!

Bought this product 6 months ago and used it as an everyday go-to so I feel I have enough experience with it to give it a fair review. I used it with oils and sprays and always hand washed with light soap and water. This pan sells as non-stick wok, but after 3 months of usage, it lost its non-stickiness. Even with generous amount of oil, things will stick to the pan. Very disappointed. I had better luck w cheaper products.

I use this pan often enough that it doesn't usually make it back into the cupboard. Good size and weight. Mine came with 2 small chips on the rim which likely happened in shipping. Several months later, they have not gotten bigger. I found a lid that fits and completes it. Very useful
